Welcome to the Sussex is an attractive, immaculately maintained CHILD FREE ZONE nestling 100 metres from Blackpool's exclusive North Promenade. The quality of the accommodation and our service is recognised with our VISIT ENGLAND THREE STAR accreditation standard. All our 20 bedrooms are fully en suite. We offer our guests all the amenities associated with larger hotels, but the Sussex is renowned for its quiet and relaxing atmosphere.( NO CHILDREN or STAG AND HEN PARTYS) no bar just peace and quiet and good food.

The Sussex is ideally located just a short stroll from the sea front, North Promenade,Funny Girls, Blackpool Tower, North Pier, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and all the town centre shops and markets. Blackpool North railway station and the Talbot Road coach station are only five minutes by taxi.

We are in an excellent location for the illuminations as the nearest tram stop to view the 'Golden Mile' is close to hand.

The Sussex is not licensed but the North Shore Social Club, which offers nightly entertainment, is literally just around the corner, plus you are only minuets away from the towns pubs and clubs.

We have a lift to all floors. There are no family rooms at the Sussex and we do not cater for children under 16 years old.

Limited free car parking is available. The Sussex is open all year for your Christmas and New Year celebrations. All major credit cards are accepted.
